Love the set, I didn't see anyone else say it but they do work with the pro-form adjustable dumbbells.

Fit just as expected and what a creative idea! I have the Bowflex 552 dumbbells and they fit perfectly. I’ve had them for a week and used them nearly every day and am still kind of amazed someone came up with this idea to basically double the functionality of my home set up.

I've been use it an love it
This is a great set up for lack of room, works good I used the curved bar so far, my significant other uses the straight bar an kettle bar set up when she goes to gym, great to use when other equipment is being used at the gym.
Saves a lot of space at home, feels solid, and functions great! They work great with my Bowflex 552 Adjustable barbells.
I absolutely love my JayFlex products. They are easy to use and help save money and space.

This addition to my home gym has really been amazing. It has given me the opportunity to push my muscle groups in so many different ways. Solid, quality equipment! Well worth the price. I added a pool noodle for a pad as well! Great buy!

Its ok for price not worth it . Plastic is mechanical part . Doesn't hold dumbells tight . It's ok . Product had go sale pitch lol . Should of known. Thx u though . Glad I made u $$$

Great! Allowed more options than dumbbell only exercises.. I would recommend.
Everything looks to be okay, but when delivered one end of the box was ripped off and taped back together. The other end was open and contents were laying on my front porch. The curl bar was scraped up but still seems useable. I would give more stars if delivery had been as expected.
Great product and really provides such flexibility to my existing dumbell set. Unlocked a whole new workout. Only observation is the slight slippage of dumbells when curling as the collar allows for the slightest movement by design.... nothing major just have to get used to it

I was sceptical first how they will hold up under a heavy load. I have two sets of Bowflex , 52 and 90 lbs. The barbell and the ez bar both works well. The kettlebell works amazing so all 3 get 5 stars from me.
Great design, able to gain versatility out of my dumbbells adds several exercises to my routine.
Better than expected. All products feel really well built.
I wish the barbell was longer so it fit my rack to make bench press and squats easier. I also would have been much happier if my bowflex adjustable dumbbells would have worked with them. Other than those two things these are a genius idea!

The dumbbells are slightly more tedious to install than I expected, particularly if I need to change weights frequently. But I love this product. I have used all 3 and for a quick home workout - nothing better. I can use, for example, 25lb dumbbells by themselves and 30lb dumbbells installed in the EZ curl bar and knockout several exercises back-to-back.

I gave it 4 stars because, it's a great idea but, it doesn't fit my Bowflex 1090 dumbbells after year 2010.

The dumbbells slide a lot on the end while doing movements like curls and clean and presses. Do not like the sliding at all. Now I have to figure out a way to use a clamp or a rubber ring to keep it in place.
