Your dumbbell handle length must be at least 4.5″ long to accommodate the width of the Tib Bar clamps (most are 6″). The diameter of your dumbbell handle can be no bigger than 1.5″ at its thickest point.

I love that they created this since I don’t have a gym membership. It’s well made and I’ll be adding it to my lower body routine! I did notice, though, that I need to find something to sit on that will elevate me a little higher so I can get a greater range of motion. Overall, I’m really happy with it!

Another great addition to my home gym. A little awkward in the spacing between the pads and bars that go under the foot but still a big upgrade.

My package came with the box all tore apart and taped up. I didn’t realize I was missing a piece until I threw ripped up box away. No directions or anything was left in the box. I can use the product because I don’t have the handle or grip. I did pay for the package insurance.

I’d say that I love my other Jayflex products but this one I just “like”. It does what it’s supposed to do but heavy dumbbells make it feel uncomfortable in your feet. It’s great for lighter weighs.

I have tried various options for leg exercises. Including the ones that grab the weight. Monkey something. This product appears to be the most functional. It’s only limitation I have found so far is the diameter of dumbbell grip.
This is a great addition to our home gym. Recent meniscus injuries on both knees had me stopping quite a few exercises. My PT bands weren’t heavy enough anymore and this had been a big bonus being able to use heavier weights. Now you need to make something for leg curls.

does not work well with my bench. I will need to raise the bench about 4 to 6 inches. It would be nice to have some exercises and video on the equipment.
