I got these bands to help me with pull ups on the cross grips. It’s been a good accessory and they are easy to travel with.

I purchased a set of Assistance bands for stretching prior to strength work. The product is exactly as expected and functional. However, on removing the rubber loops that keep the bands folded I couldn’t unfold the heaviest band. The rubber was stuck together and took some effort to pull apart. When I did get it apart some of the surface of the band stuck to the opposing side and the surface was removed. This appears to be a cosmetic problem and I don’t think it will affect the integrity of the band.

The bands have given me a little change in my workouts and it’s great because I can take them anywhere on my travels.
I got the Cross Grips & Resistance Bands bundle and they are awesome. The Cross Grips is a perfect design and in my opinion out performs my old screw in the wall bulky heavy pull up bar. I love that I can slide it easily to adjust my grip width. The Resistance Bands are the best. I use it everyday for upper body workouts in conjunction with the Cross Grips. I couldn't help myself and got another set of the Resistance Bands. I am 500% (100% for each star) satisfied and happy I came across Jayflex Cross Grips & Resistance Bands. I even recommended it to friends and family. Worth every penny!!!

These bands are great quality, they feel very well made and durable. Im not scared of havibg these things snap or break. Very strong materials. Would definitely recommend.
