Edit 2: the attachment hook broke and I can no longer safely anchor the tool. Works well but would be better if came with the attaching clamps and anchor points.
The system is easy to work with and comes with well-built components. I’ve added a lat pull bar and lower pulley system. It breaks up the workout routine having more options.
Works amazingly! The rope is better than the rope at my gym. Handles and bars are well made and very comfortable. 2 different sized cables so you can do both pull downs from 2 different angles. Pulling up doesn't work that well because the weight comes toward you and is awkward. I purchased a separate adjustable resistance band wall anchor and second wheel to get more pulling angles. Wish they had a kit with 2 of the dumbbell holders, or sold another one separately for those of us with 2 cable anchor points to do 2 handed fly movements.

Have a shorter cable for people who aren’t that tall. And have a short and long strap for the pulley and have something that will stabilize the cord so that you can control the weight more and allow for kick backs and glute/ leg workouts.
The cable does the trick for home gyms that don’t need an extensive cable setup. I have it hooked to my Rogue Collegiate Half Rack at about 90” height and it provides adequate range of motion. I’ve used it up to 90 pounds on my Trulap adjustable dumbbell and it seems secure enough. As long as you control the rep the dumbbell only has modest movement in the air. The slight swaying does not affect the feel. If you are just blasting through the rep without control, the DB is going to rock. It takes about 2 minutes to setup, which is pretty quick. However, you probably won’t be able to do drop sets as you have to screw/unscrew the hook portion to change weights (on my DBs at least). Overall, this is a great value to get some cable ability for a modest cost.
Love the pully cable males me feel young again. My back is getting back feom a fall from last year. Great to travel with and do my rehab exercises anywhere
There was no attachment for the doorway included with the purchase. How do I even use this?
Store owner replied: Hi Kevin, The cable system can connect to any sturdy overhead anchor point. Our photos show the Ryze Ups (no longer sold, but many customers already had them), or the Crossgrips (currently sold on our website). If you already have a pull up bar at home, that will work too!

There was not an attachment to anchor it to. So make sure you have a pull up bar or something you can anchor device from in order to use it. It's hangs too low for my liking to do face pulls in standing. Wish I could get a shorter cable. However, you do get two cables one longer than the other.

Pretty good, the best thing about this is the two different cable lengths, most cable systems are too long for tricep movements, making you have to take twenty steps back so the weights don’t hit the floor, but your short cable works pretty perfectly, I’m very satisfied

So far so good. The pulley mechanism is smooth and works great. Definitely elevates home workouts. My only criticism so far is that I wish the attachment piece that holds the weight were capable of holding a curved handle of a kettlebell as well. I’ve been using an adjustable dumbbell which is great, but sometimes I like to do supersets that require both dumbbells and it takes a minute to undo and free up the dumbbell I’m using for the pulley. I have an adjustable kettlebell that I wish I was able to attach to the pulley instead of to keep both dumbbells free.
Generally like it. The bar that clamps onto the weights is very difficult for me to take off and change weights. Also wish it came with the lat bar. But overall it’s a nice addition to my home gym.
