I ordered my jay flex pull up bars last week and received them a few days later. Great service. Fast shipping and quality equipment. Ive been using them for 7 straight days and Im starting to feel a difference. Ill be ordering some more accessories for them as well.
Great for small spaces, and idea for older adults who can use these systems without a lot of assistance.
Love the ease in assembly. Depending on what I want to work on I can easily switch based on me needs. I love that I can do more than just barbells and it has really helped my home workout.
I live in a 150 year old home, and the door frame is larger than younger homes. I can barely fit my fingers through to grip the bar, and I can’t fit them to do a hammer pull up. The ab straps are great though.

Love the versatility of the bar. It allows me to maximize my workouts without needed to buy more weights. Now I just need the barbell pad - ordering now!
Worth it!
The cable does the trick for home gyms that don’t need an extensive cable setup. I have it hooked to my Rogue Collegiate Half Rack at about 90” height and it provides adequate range of motion. I’ve used it up to 90 pounds on my Trulap adjustable dumbbell and it seems secure enough. As long as you control the rep the dumbbell only has modest movement in the air. The slight swaying does not affect the feel. If you are just blasting through the rep without control, the DB is going to rock. It takes about 2 minutes to setup, which is pretty quick. However, you probably won’t be able to do drop sets as you have to screw/unscrew the hook portion to change weights (on my DBs at least). Overall, this is a great value to get some cable ability for a modest cost.
Very pleased with purchase for the price. After having used this cable system over the past two weeks I am still pleased. However, the screw to secure the clamp takes more time to thread than I care for. It doesn’t slide and screw on easily. It is stiff and I worry about cross threading. This just takes more time I don’t care to spend in between sets and other exercises.
It works with my REP Fitness QuickDraws, will get the curl bar next.
These fit the adjustable Bowflex dumbells
Love it; mostly. Very easy to use and maneuver within my home gym and flexibility to change between dumbbell weights is as advertised. If I could change / improve one thing - the size of the padding inside the clamps to keep the weights from shifting as they're being lifted or moved between different exercises. All things considered, I'd buy again - just need to figure out how to add to the padding to keep the weights from shifting during use.
Love it helped me get some good home workouts at home.

Your package came damaged. I purchased the protection program but have no information on how to use it or how to get reimbursed. Also cannot remove the round ring that is supposed to allow you to open up the plastic piece to put the weight in so the bar is pretty much useless. On top of it there is no customer service number to call or anyone to speak to or any information on how to get a hold of somebody to get replacements.

I’m really happy with my purchase. It actually arrived early. Everything was really easy to install on my door frame and there was no marks or scuffs when I removed it after using it. I prefer the handles to point out instead of in. The grips tend to want to slide off when the handles are pointed inward. Overall it’s a really good product.

Great piece of equipment, multiple uses, I love it very much, good for when I don't feel like lifting my larger barbell. Will be buying other stuff from this brand.

Starting off low to help with more overhead lifts with torn scapula. I like the ease of connecting and can use my weights I have without adding more expense

Despite the fact that my door frames are not so strong, the crossgrips fit and perform very satisfactorily! I weigh 200lbs and I do pull ups very comfortably!
The bar is part of my home gym. The family loves it.

Works well! I'm 5'8" and our door is pretty standard. Not high enough in my opinion. I need to really bend down a bit to do pushdowns. The dumb bell tends to swing around which can be annoying.
8” frame width. Your advertised 8 1/2” capability doesn’t work and leaves the spring loaded expansion uneven and unsafe.
