It looks good and works great. The only problem is the threads and the nut. I feel that the threads could strip easily if not carefully screwing them together

The Jayflex bars definitely give me more of a feel of having a gym at home. The fact that I just need my dumbbells and can convert then with the bar and the kettle bell allow me to increase my workouts with so many more exercises I can do now.

It’s hard to find random things that are better than a good ol bar and plate weights. But this simply works and is sturdy and holds the weights. With a good discount code this was a purchase I’d make again and again.

Really like both pieces of equipment. Only thing I would improve is the handle for the kettlebell, when my hands get sweaty it gets slippery, a grip would help a lot.

The only issue I have with this is that the locking devices are a bit challenging to get started. Getting them lined up so they screw down. I wonder if a different locking configuration could have been done.

Works great. The kettle ball seems to be a little cheaply made but time will tell if it holds up.
I use some pretty standard screw weight adjustable dumbells off Amazon. They are all over the place when you curl. Makes it hard to focus when your weight has to shift every single curl. It would be amazing if you can figure out a way to keep them from shifting. Not so much of an issue on the kb

Still figuring it out. Dumbells slip in the bar clamp. I think I will be able to figure it out by not rolling my wrists so far and keep the bumbell against 1 side of the bar clamp. Actually all of my Jayflex equipment is the same. Dumbbells slip inside of JATFLAX clamps.
I saw and read the requirements. Dumbell grips need to be 1.5” minimum. They are. I have quality dumbbells. Just wish the Jayflex claps would grip tighter so dumbells don’t “roll” during exercise. Maybe there is a solution.
Other than that, I like the concept. Maybe i’ll figure it out or maybe Jayflex will contact me with a solution.
