It’s okay, but could use some improvements. I received it with small dents on either side. I contacted JF and they stated the damage was likely due to shipping. In all fairness, the pad wasn’t packaged very well to begin with. Also, as far as functionality, it does not fit snug around the straight JF bar. You have to slip it onto the bar and there’s no way to secure the pad. So, when Im positing the bar for a back squat, I really have to make sure the pad is on the “correct side.” It moves around a lot- especially when I’m adjusting the bar on my shoulders. It’s a great product, don’t get me wrong, but considering it is an official accessory to the JF bar, working on the ergonomics would be great.

The pad is really soft but since it doesn’t secure to the bar it falls off all the time. Especially when I’m doing squats or good mornings. Do love the straight and curved bars however.

Bar good, pad questionable. Cant position it on my shoulders without pain. I didnt realize that the ends would come off but its ok. My trainer and i were wishing we had a barbell and this fits the bill quit nicely.
