I was disappointed that these straps are not adjustable. I have shorter arms so these are difficult to use. When I inquired about a return, Jayflex offered no return label or instructions. I'm assuming they do this to deter returns, since it will likely cost the quite a bit to return them, while still being able to promise that you can return products if you are not satisfied.

The sides of the straps where your arm is placed needs way more padding. I have to wrap it with cloth to prevent it digging into my arm is leaving marks. Otherwise it functions as described.
