I have the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, and this works easily with them. The cushioned clamp prevents movement for them, clenching their grips well. It's super easy to store, and it feels durable. If they ever improve the release design for quicker transfer, it will be perfect, but this is exactly what I paid for, and the price was right.

I love this bar so far. Easy to add my dumbbells!!!! My hubby wants the kettlebell attachment. Will order again!
