Love these! But, I need the replacement hardware packet for my Jayflex Ryze ups and they are always sold out. Please help me get the screws and washers I need to use my Ryze ups again 🙏

Honestly very misleading advertising as these do not accomplish the task in the description (lock the red crossbars in place). As other reviews mention, this is due to an alignment or clearance issue inherent to the design of a faulty product
