So bummed

I been using the pull up grips for about two weeks and one of the handles is already bent downwards. Seems like the screw was stripped or something. So the handle isn’t straight 90 degree anymore.

Is there a way to get this exchanged for a new one?

Not good

Bad fit on my RB3 casing. Finally got them on- but not secure at all. Company has a satisfaction guarantee - but won’t reimburse shipping paid or for return ship - even though they don’t work, nor am I a satisfied customer. . 35 bucks in shipping to find out these don’t work - and my walls measure as required. At first I struggled to get them on- but then finally figured out. But since my Rb3 casing isn’t flat - these are not stable and are dangerours. Very disappointed for a product I was excited about. Thumbs down 👎

Product Needs Quality Control

Great product on paper but there seems to be a manufacturing error. I have received 2 sets so far (bought one and had it replaced with another) and both had the same issue on the same handgrip. Due to the weld not going around the whole intersection, there is a gap where the bolt slides and grinds the handgrip making it go past the 90 point. This has led to my hand either slipping off or disproportionate effort while using it. I have tried tightening the bolt but that has not helped.
