Two defective units in back to back shipments

I ordered a set of the cross grips and the first time I put any weight on it (I am 170-175lbs) the right grip bent slightly where the metal meets the nut that stops the grip from turning. I returned the set and exchanged for a new set, upon setting the new set up the left grip did the same thing the right one did in the first set I had, bent slightly. It throws off the motion of doing pull ups. I think I will return these as well if customer service can’t get me sorted out with a non-defective pair. It looks like a lot of others have had the same issue.

CrossGrips

To be honest, they aren’t that great. The grips that stick out in line with the door frame are all angled down, and when doing pull ups on them, the grips slide off and it doesn’t stay in the door very well. The grips that go across the door frame work great, but they are also not as stable as I would like. Overall, definitely not worth the price tag, and I would recommend something else.

Small Setback

The crossgrips feel solid and well-made but mine had to be replaced due to a small manufacturing defect. The return/exhcange was quick and easy.

Uneven bars and made out of soft plastic

One of the bars is not parallel with the floor. If not for that, these bars would be great. They're easy enough to set up, but the bars I like doing pullups on are bent :(
