I love the barbell and the pad that came with it. Unfortunately, I never received the kettlebell piece and did not get a reply from customer service when I reached out the them.
Such a great addition to my at home gym
Love the hyperbell it’s a great space saver and sturdy. I gave 4 stars for the bar. The concept is good but needs improvement. I’m not a fan of the dumbbells shifting weights even with just 20# on each side. The box was delivered all taped up and very damaged. The bar was all scuffed up. Customer service offered to send new items.
I only received the pad. I emailed and have received no response.
i really like the product! great idea.
however, product showed up damaged due to shipping with UPS .
The company was great and shipped me out another product at no cost as it was covered by shipping insurance
I think they needed to change their carrier.
Second replacement product showed up with a damage box as well by UPS
This product cannot flex through its system as it is a straight metal bar.!
Company needs to consider another way of shipping !
