The product originally sent was defected and they went above and beyond and sent me a brand new set! The product is great and very easy to set up and use.

Great product, I'm able to do any type of pull ups I want now in my house. Works Flawlessly and holds me up and I'm 6' 3 225 lb. I also had to speak to customer service once and they were super quick to get back to me. Really polite and had a great experience overall.
